Tappas Caffe Vila Do Conde

I've been here with a couple of friends. The mood is great and easy going. Nice to have some unique Portuguese dishes and the staff are very friendly. If you wanna have some great food with your friends and also get hammered,this is your place.

Visited Saturday for lunch, place was empty. After consulting the menu i asked where were the tappas, the waiter replied no tappas, the only tappas is the name of the place. Chose the steak and my wife the Francesinha, both loaded with cheese, we later found out that every single dish they serve is loaded with cheese. The steak was so so, the francesinha was very poor. The food tastes and looks more like fast food. No wine list because no wine (had one or two bottles on display). The only thing i liked about this place was the decor. Will not be going back....

Went there to reconnect with sorrowly missed friends, and had a great time. The food was excelent, the beer was better. If you miss confort food and are around, go ahead!

We went there on a Saturday during lunch to have a francesinha. Watery and greasy sauce, lacking in taste, accompanied with some burned fries. A lot more could be done in such a fantastic location.

The service is very slow, the restaurant was too warm, the floor was slippery. Personally i don 't like their francesinhas , the cheese and bottom were burned, and that ruined all the flavour.
