Izzy's Market Vegetarian Boutique

We were very happy to see a vegetarian/vegan restaurant near Sagres. The restaurant was built with a lot of attention to detail, and the same goes for the food. You could see that a lot of effort and love has been put into this place. The food itself was good, but not outstanding. Very good value for money. The downside was that one of the waiters, a ~30 year old woman, was quite rude and unfriendly. We did not feel very welcome by her and she rolled her eyes on some very basic questions.

Very nice food and products, sadly every time we go it's like the ladies don't want to attend young customers or I don't know really. We felt very uncomfortable because it's not nice to feel that we bother workers just because we like to buy our food there, and we have seen the same to others customers, but it's like they don't realize or feel embarrassed... Just once I asked a simple question and I received an answer that made me prefer to just go, buy and leave soon. We are living here so we don't have many options to eat out, we do it once a week or each 2 weeks, always hoping that we will enjoy it

This is a great vegan spot in the heart of Vila do bispo. The sandwiches, muffins, cakes and meals were excellent. They use incredibly fresh ingredients and everything very tasty! My husband and I were happy to find a market that sold fresh produce (amazing fruit veg! as well as vegan products (vegan cheese slices, etc. . Izzy and her staff were lovely and the atmosphere was clean and bright. I wish we had a vegan spot like this in our hometown!!

Wir sind zufällig in der Gegend gewesen und haben Izzy‘s Market gefunden! Dieser Markt mit kleinen Restaurant ist fantastisch und ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen mit sehr gutem Essen! Man spürt förmlich die Liebe zum Essen und die Liebe zum Detail im Markt/Restaurant. Wer die Möglichkeit hat hier zu essen, sollte das tun! Und das gilt nicht nur für Veganer!

Quite nice The food is completely vegan and there is plenty to choose from. It is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend the pizza. We also tried two sandwiches and the mixed bagel it was ok and filling, but I was always missing something some sauce on it and something fresh inside, for example salad. The staff is nice but seems a bit overwhelmed and unsure. The chocolate cake was also delicious! Even though it is called cheesecake there although I don 't think it resembles a cheesecake :D Well, we 've been there twice now and I would come again. #Veganuary
