Caffe Espresso - Sagres

El Café Espresso está situado junto al Mareta Beach Hotel, en la bajada a la playa del mismo nombre. El sitio es moderno pero muy acogedor, decorado al estilo coffeehouse, y se especializa en cafés de calidad. Además, sirven sandwiches, paninis y todo tipo de dulces. Tiene una terraza en la plaza, y vistas al mar. El precio está por encima de la media (aprox. 2€ por un café sencillo), pero es una buena opción para quien esté en Sagres y quiera hacer algo distinto a ir a la playa.

Cuando llegué, no había servicio de mesa, además tampoco había forma de ver exactamente su especialidad.

As I have read a lot of reviews about how good the breakfast is at this place, I intend to go here a morning. but the change of plans and we decided to have a break in the afternoon, coffee and crêpes. coffee (American latte) were ok, but crêpe was definitley...not good. I had a crêpe with red berries. the pancake was not cooked long enough and the sauce was terrible sweet. because I expected something better. too expensive!

The caffè have a beautiful view from the outside and inside confirmed the expectations. it speaks of English breakfast, but they don't make a touch. I asked an salat croissant ham and cheese it comes with just ham and slices of...cheese, and at worst the croissant was not fresh. so great deception. pan o chocolate was very good and fresh from the day, point! at the end of the muffin we cannot finish eating, at least old days. the juice and the juices are good enough. for the price asked and the type of caffe that want to appear, I think they need to be better and work on.

Here in the days to the breakfast. a fresh Acai dish, a tasty paste, a healthy juice or big coffee; they have everything!
