Bidrage med feedbackNever, I stress never had a 'experience like this, to say it enologically, inebriating at this point to make us all ebbri of wine knowledge and pleasant anecdotes. Our adventure or better our harvest begins with the encounter with Ferruccio and Stefano, owners of the Casa Vinicola with attached farm. From the very beginning, the passion and visceral attachment for their activity, especially that linked to wine, which from ordinary Milanese citizens, has prompted them to move to Val Trebbia for what will be their new home. The incipit is of Ferruccio, rich of anecdotes, the editorial and the leaflet are left to Stefano that in his cute way of telling, slowly walking, brings us to the intriguing cellars minute after minute. The history of their exodus is rich in episodes, hard to get used to the country life, sacrifices but above all the desire to redeem a territory now vitupered by the prejudice that in that valley you can only produce wine of not excellent quality. Episode after episode, acquisition after acquisition of hills and plots of land almost all contiguous to the winery we arrive in the Tabernacle of the company, the Sancta Sanctorum where the wines are stored before being sold. Production is not high, but quality is, various awards at national and international level. Stefano with the whirlwind in which he moves his arms in telling scatters in the air of the warehouse the 'hetherita of alcohol and we as if we were. seated on the Roman triclinium during a Baccanale we remain exterminated by how much passion a man can tell his story, the errors committed but also the successes, a fat charism, which involves you and makes you as a participant and protagonist of this journey full of enthusiasm that from the red earth of the tannins makes us climb on the strain of the vine, sunica su till the tralcio and the pampinis ready to arrive accompanied by The excursion to the cellar ends and we go back to the garden where the tables for dinner were set up, the environment is family, almost from Easter party. Among the branches of fruit plants that enrich the lawn in the manner of garlands, rows of bulbs illuminate the tables, elegant and at the same time rich in peasant sobriety. Dinner is not second to the winery tour, true, authentic flavors of the valley, presented well and with a decided taste. Corroborante to the excellent dishes, the wine exclusively of their production sublimates the flavors, enhances the genuineness of the products of season used. The staff is all kind, could not be otherwise I would say. If the minerality of a wine is given by the land from which the service is produced can only resemble it since both in the kitchen and at the tables the 'operosity is given by the wives and children of the two owners. If our culture was born Etruscan and then migrated into Greek and still in Roman and continues to be after centuries, as the vine produces its fruit, so extraordinary men preserve tradition, innovating it but respectfully, and for this reason we must tell the children of God Bacchus, Stephen and Ferruccio. Thanks again but especially PROSIT.
The place is lovely, very cozy restaurant. The ingredients are all of the first quality and made by hand like pasta and desserts, The wine is great and courtesy and sympathy reign supreme. Beautiful wine museum
Unfortunately we were disappointed the good food but nothing that, really poor portions and prices really too high... 43€ for a menu in an agriturismo is really excessive.
Pleasant place decent food good service . . . . . . sin the almost embarrassing cost . . . . . . not it is possible to spend 90 euros an appetizer for 6 people with inside 1 slice of salami 1 slice of bacon and two slices of cup with a tablespoon of gardener . . . . . . . sin because it could be a good place to recommend . .0
We celebrated in this wonderful farm the birthday of Jacopo and the culinary experience was sublime, accompanied by a selection of red wines still La Tosa truly worthy and a quiet regenerating. A few dishes carefully selected and really delicious, especially the cappelletti and the sweet pig. We ended the evening with Gloria, a really sunny and helpful girl, lover of her work. We congratulate you especially for the divine cappelletti and the bread made directly by you! We will certainly return very soon, not one, but countless times! Vote 10
