Definitely surprised when I found this mountain hut that offers such a wide range of vegan products! I tried the pasta dish with mountain herbs, it was really good, but it somehow tasted like grass, maybe next time I try something with a slightly gentle taste. Since it is usually really hard to find vegan options on cabins in the Alps, I was happy that their menu has marked all vegan dishes. I tried the minestrone, polenta with mushrooms and apple strudel. Minestrone was okay, not great. The polenta was pretty good and the strudel on the very sweet side.
