We stumbled at this place in our first night as it was close to our hostel and we needed a quick evening meal. then we came back! very modern and chic. it offers amazing coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner (both lao and west) to cheap trips. the toilets are perhaps the best in sea. the personal is very friendly, welcoming and English speaking. free, fast wlan. we can't recommend it anymore.
