Have liked the milk steamed a few more seconds, but the overall expeCoffee is the primary focus, and they excell at their craft. Professional Batista's who serve up wonderful elixirs of liquid energy. The roast is just a tad stong for my taste and I would have liked the milk steamed a few more seconds, but the overall experience was excellent. And a hip buzz in the room.

Went on a hunt for good coffee and found it at Balthasar Kaffee Bar: Enjoyed excellent cappuccino on a sweltering hot Saturday in the city. Expertly prepared. Nice vibe inside, minimalist but good. WiFi to work. Only downside on a day like the day I visited was lack of airconditioning I couldn’t truely relax because of the heat. NB cash only!

One of the best coffee I have ever had. The place looks a bit too ascetic for me, but the service is excelent.
