Elevation Burger - Vienna

First of all I ordered online so all I could go by was the pictures which made the burgers and sandwiches look monstrous. Reality: small, underwhelming, and disappointing. Second not everything online matches what they have in the store so what I thought I ordered I didn't get or was not clearly communicated to the kitchen, which could be clearly seen in the discrepancy between online receipt and the physical one after pick up. Third, the food; while the meat options were tender and juicy the sandwiches lacked size and fixings. The tenders I ordered for the kids came with just 2 minor sized for $8, so not worth the price, additionally if it's on the kids menu why does it have a spicy rub? But if marketed to adults the the spice is fine but portion was extremely small about 2in long and an inch wide Grilled cheese also disappoints with size, bread, and cheese. Fries definitely need more salt since they were flavorless. Lastly, not the best customer service either. I'll stick with Five Guys. Edit: after this review customer service reached out to me and refunded the meal. It is nice to see they have a keen interest in customer opinions.

The food is amazing!!!!! I love it but I try to go to different locations because there are 2 women in particular that are both rude,nasty and really annoying. The old lady is just ridiculous how obnoxious she can be.

Had the worst experience today. Went to place an order. For the first few mins no one attended me and the staff was busy talking to each other. Secondly, when the attendee came to take my order she was so disinterested in talking the order. I asked her if the meat is halal she was just nodding her head. And lastly when I asked her for a coke refil in a new cup she rudely said no. I wouldn’t encourage people to go to this particular branch. Worst customer service!

Five guys takes the win. I order online , a paleo burger which means wrapped in lettuce , therefore the seasoning or dressing have to be heavy to add the flavor the lettuce lacks, just like a salad. I added onions(got 4 thin slices at the bottom of burger) bacon and mayo plus a fried egg. I barely got any mayo, like a 1/2 a tsp maybe , the eggs and burger seem to have zero salt so the burger tasted like I was eating chewy cardboard. Tasteless and hard .
