Oporto - Victoria Park

The staff are always polite and friendly at this OportosI don't know how they do it but I'm grateful they do.

I do at least ride down Canning hwy once a fortnight back in 2012 but never really got a glimpse of this joint.

Tried Oporto for the first time yesterday and after hearing so many good things about it, I left very disappointed.

Oporto Carillion has the worst service I've seen. I've ordered a $10 Pita Pocket meal at 11:55am and only received the meal at 12:08PM, where there were only 6 people all up waiting for the meals. No explanation was given why it takes so long, just multiple "one moment is coming" statements. 3 kitchen hands were at the back plus a manager and 4 front counter staff, who seem to be very disorganized and trip over each other but not handing out any orders. I've seen staff and manager touching counter with the gloves that are used to place salads on burgers. 13 mins to serve 6 orders is not acceptable!.

Im a very big fan of trying new food , on friday there are some food stalls in forest chase \\ I couldnt decide what to eat in there and decided to go the food court then I came across this store I just went there to  see what they do ,I didnt have a proper idea of what to eat they have lot many products on the menu but the staff were very friendly and made the menu simplified that made my ordering very easy  The quality of the food was excellent which is  not very common in other fast food oulets these days .. excellent service and excellent food and cheaper prices when compaired to similar stores like Nandos and Grilled , But the food was amazing and much better than nandos .;;
