Whataburger - Victoria

I really appreciate the atmosphere at this Whataburger! The service was excellent! The restroom could use a little maintenance.

The food is great, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. As someone from out of town, they truly made me feel right at home!

The young woman who served us was still learning her role at the front counter, but she was polite, kind, and understood the essence of good customer service. Unfortunately, the rest of our visit was quite disappointing. The food was cold, despite our request for fresh fries and an assurance that we would wait for fresh chicken strips. Everything we received was old and unappetizing. Additionally, the other staff members were busy making negative remarks about a couple in the drive-through, and we could easily overhear their rude and inappropriate comments in the dining area where my 5-year-old son and father-in-law were sitting. Overall, it was not a good experience.

BURNED FRIES ARE THE WORST ????. Was a little busy crew was trying, manager didn't step out of office to assist his drowning crew.

Run as soon as possible from this place. The quality of the food is NOT the Whataburger you wish at this moment. Visit Navarro and Mockingbird
