Q at The Empress - The Fairmont Empress Hotel

I absolutely adore this restaurant! I recently tried their business lunch and was impressed. The meal began with a lovely spread of charcuterie and salads before the main course. On my second visit, I sat on the bar side with a table overlooking the harbor. I enjoyed the featured beer, Longwood Brewing, for only $6, and it was fantastic! My group shared a Marguerita pizza and the halibut and chips, both of which were delicious. The service was exceptional and friendly, and the location was perfect. I definitely plan on returning!

The restaurant provides outstanding service and food. I tried the Salt Spring Island Cheese platter and it was excellent. I appreciate that the ingredients are sourced locally.

The dinner and service were flawless. I ordered the filet and my partner had the bison short ribs. We were seated quickly and our drinks arrived promptly. Our server provided excellent recommendations and had great knowledge. We will definitely return.

The service and the food exquisite! The waiter asked if we were celebrating anything- my husband and I were actually celebrating our silver anniversary (25), they made our evening very special with there attentive service! I would love to visit if I ever make my way there again. Highly recommend the restaurant
