Bidrage med feedbackThe menu was attractive, but I'm disappointed. I ordered the vegetarian sandwich, it was just a kind of mixed salad in a bread and it was really dry. I want to test other dishes, I think it could be good. Prices are cheap. The staff is nice.
When we came by and checked the menu, we were addressed by the waitress and asked if they had vegan dishes. She immediately said that it would not be a problem to change dishes on her menu to suit our needs and that we can choose from her choice of vegetarian packaging, baguettes, ciabattas and pizzas. Your falafel is NOT vegan, so we ordered Veg Wrap without egg cheese and a veg pizza without cheese. Both portions were large, filling and cost only a little more than 5 euros. The prices have even been somewhat reduced for us, as we have left out the non-vegan items. The pizza was in Italian style with fresh veg, thin crust and very tasteful. The pack was a bit bland without sauce (I don't like too much ketchup), but also with different types of fresh veg and came with one side of potato chips. Beverages were cheap and ice-cold, outdoor seats were comfortable and came with shade, service was great and friendly. All in all a good and friendly option for a quick lunch while visiting Victoria.
As we passed by and looked at the menu, a waitress approached us and we inquired about vegan options. She assured us that they could easily modify dishes on their menu to accommodate our needs, and suggested options such as vegetarian wraps, baguettes, ciabattas, and pizzas. We were informed that their falafel was not vegan, so we decided on a vegetable wrap without cheese or egg, and a vegetable pizza without cheese. Both dishes were generous in size, satisfying, and priced at just over 5 euros each. The cost was slightly reduced since we omitted non-vegan items. The pizza had an Italian-style with fresh vegetables, a thin crust, and was very flavorful. The wrap was a bit plain without sauce, but still included a variety of fresh vegetables and a side of potato chips. The drinks were affordable and served ice-cold, the outdoor seating was comfortable with shade, and the service was excellent and welcoming. Overall, this restaurant is a great and welcoming choice for a quick lunch while visiting Victoria.
The menu was appealing, but I was let down. I decided to try the vegetarian sandwich, but it turned out to be just a bland salad in bread and it was very dry. I am willing to try other dishes as I believe there is potential for improvement. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
I visited this restaurant on a Sunday and the only choice available to me was the vegetarian pizza without cheese or salad as they had run out of bread. However, it was still enjoyable and quite filling. (Review updated from previous review on 2021-07-18)
