The Collective Wine Kitchen - Victoria

Good atmosphere, nice evening lighting, but the flur to the bathroom and the bathroom are a buzz kill. Crazy bright fluorescent lighting and decor reminds of walmart. the waitress was kind. my birthday was perhaps half full. Cheese and sausage board had a great choice but not enough carbohydrates to balance the meat and the cheese. we all ordered the special, the lamb was, very disappointed, as it tasted, as if they had forgotten to add salt or spice to the whole plate. it was literally cooked meat and potatoes. also the small tablespoon sauce was not much more tasteful. for a $60 court that was the “special” of the night it was extremely disappointing. the waitress never returned to offer fresh pfeffer or ask how eating tasted, and I really wanted to give feedback. my friend and I had some good loud laugh about how terrible the court was, then I realized that the owner or manager sat next to us with his laptop and looked over some paints as we complained. I feel like I'm the owner/manager and overheard unhappy customers I'm annoyed and least going to see how they could improve the dings. if they create a $60 special, they should rather blow something or be least edible. (and I am not one to exaggerate)

We had a great dinner last night in the collective. a lot of fun trying the different flights from wein! the charcuterie board was incredible and to finish it, they pampered us with a dessert board to help us celebrate our birthdays. I will return absolutely!
