Bidrage med feedbackOh that breakfast sandwich…. I got the aji verde breakfast sandwich with a side of bacon and it was delicious! The eggs in the omelette were so fluffy and flavourful. All the flavours meld together beautifully and it is very satisfying. The brioche bun was soft and fresh. The portion sizes are plentiful. Modern chic vibe and friendly staff. Service was fairly quick
Was an absolute hidden gem for our first trip to Victoria. We were heading to a highly recommended place across the street that had a line for brunch, too long for us. Took a shot at Sherwood and am thankful now for that long line across the street. Would absolutely make this stop again the next time we’re back in Victoria. Service was amazing and some how, the food was even better!
A must try!! We got the lox toast, breakfast sandwich, and the butternut squash sandwich. Our server was so helpful and kind, I think his name was jack? (Long brown hair, moustache and tattoos) I’m a very happy customer
Had a really nice brunch here. We were quickly seated and got our order in for eggs benedict. Food tasted excellent and the coffee was great too. Mimosas are a bit smaller than expected although made up for in taste. Would recommend for a quick and tasty breakfast.
I feel the need to shout this from the roof tops!!! This was an excellent meal with excellent service. I can’t believe I spend as much time as I do in Victoria, with parents who live here and I didn’t know about Sherwood until today. I met a friend here for coffee and was so happy to see that they offer coconut milk. The last of the plant based milks that are offered at coffee shops. I took a peek at the dinner menu and talked my dad into trying it out for dinner (my last meal with him before I fly out). First of all we had THE best waitress/server!! Ally was bubbly, informative, and attentive. She knew the menu, made amazing suggestions and took the time to get to know us. It’s suggested that the plates are for sharing so that’s exactly what we did. Cauliflower steak, sardines, beetroot salad and mushroom calamari. Fresh, delicious, inventive and beautiful. Cocktails were amazing as well. I had the humble bee and asked for it to be less sweet than normal. The bartender personally came over and made sure that I didn’t need anymore locally sourced honey. The 4 ingredients were all grown within 4km of the restaurant. Fabulous!!! Victoria needs more creative, inspired restaurants like this one. I will be back for sure.
