Noodlebox - Victoria

More and more disappointing every time I visit! They change certain aspects of menu items and do not note this on the menu (such as appetizer accompaniments). This causes major disappointment when you receive your food, and it’s completely different than what you thought you were ordering. No consistency whatsoever when you order a dish. Especially when it comes to spice level. Order a mild/medium one day and it tastes like they added zero spice, order it the next day and it’s so spicy you can not eat your meal. Noodle box as a whole has been majorly declining for many years and is no where nearly as good as it used to be!

My boyfriend and I used to frequently visit this restaurant when we didn't have time to cook, but recently the quality has drastically declined. The spicy peanut box that I always order has been consistently inedible, with undercooked noodles, no sauce, and hardly any vegetables or tofu. The last box I received had very minimal vegetables and was just a mass of dry, hard noodles. The prices are high for such subpar quality. I will not be returning and advise others to avoid wasting their money on this terrible food.

I ordered the spicy peanut which I was able to tolerate with mild for years. I think they changed the peanut sauce recipe, the mild now feels like a mild/medium-medium. I only got that and spring rolls, my faves but can no longer eat it.

I enjoy the spicy noodle box at this restaurant, but I was not very impressed this time. I tried their new chicken bites, which cost almost $7 for 6 pieces, and some of them were very small. They tasted the same as chicken nuggets. I won't be ordering those again.

This restaurant used to be great, but our recent experience was terrible. We ordered takeout and when we got home, we realized that all three of our boxes had no sauce. After calling to get mine remade (which was a hassle), I picked it up and found that there was too much sauce, the noodles were undercooked, the chicken was overcooked, and the sauce was too salty to eat. The food was really bad. I recommend trusting the reviews and going somewhere else.
