Beijing Bistro - Victoria

Great restaurant! We visited Victoria from Seattle and find this Chinese restaurant in downtown. We ordered Beijing Duck, Beef Noodles and other dishes. Everybody's great! The owner is friendly and welcoming. We feel very happy that we come to this restaurant today!

This is the place to get AUTHENTIC Beijing kitchen. If you are not familiar with Beijing cuisine, try the Soft Fried Pork Tenderloin. It has a chicken-nugget-like feeling, should be a great gateway dish. As a native Beijing, I am thrilled to have found this place during my visit. After I lived in California for 16 years, I searched for traditional Beijing food; but no one in California comes near Beijing Bistro. It needs courage and integrity to keep the flavors authentic because the recognition of regional cuisine is an acquired taste, and authentic means a blow to reviews and revenue. Victoria, Beijing Bistro deserves your support. Pls don't treat it as another Chinese restaurant.

Great place! The food was super fresh and delicious, especially the steamed rock fish. The cook and the staff were really warm and friendly. Will go back there!

We are first time visit from Vancouver. Love their dumplings,our favourite!! Will come back next time!
