Busy Bean Cafe - VICTOR

I really want to like this place and try to support it regularly as one of the only small coffee shops in the area but it misses the mark for me every time. I work as a small business consultant. Owners/managers feel free to take or leave my advice below: n Please have menus (or a QR code to the menu) available at all entrances. It should be easy for customers to access your menu and be ready by the time it’s their turn to order at the register. Having the menus at the register is awkward for customers waiting in line or first time customers. n Open the doors or get some fans I understand there are probably rules you need to follow in a shared building but please find a creative way to get the air moving it is always very warm and customers leave smelling like the restaurant. n The staff seems to be lost every time I’ve been here. Customers shouldn’t have to wait over 25 mins for a ready made baked good and an iced coffee (happened to us today). I recommend reviewing your processes regarding bakery items and quick drink orders for dine in guests. n nI love that it’s one of the only kid friendly restaurants in the area and there is a lot of good happening here. Thank you!

Everything is made to order and you can tell. The biscuits and gravy are amazing! The breakfast bowl is easy to customize with your favorite meats or veggies (try it with the sausage gravy on top). They have Evening Star Coffee Roasters on brew as well as whole bean/ground coffee available, too.Vegetarian options: Veggie sausage availableKid-friendliness: Space for kids to play

Went there for breakfast, food was delicious and the coffee was amazing! Highly recommend. Endless gluten free options!Dietary restrictions: Best gluten free panini ever! Food made with care.

So cute and so good and cheaper than other cafes. Owner is very sweet and nice : i will literally drive 30 min everyday to come here i love the lotus drinks

Cute little place. I stopped there with friends after we had a few real estate showings. My breakfast bowl was excellent, as was my french vanilla iced latte.
