Bollicine Ristobar - VICOPISANO

This place is located on the provincial road, right on the roundabout, so for intense traffic it is not recommended to eat outside, although inside the place is a little small. We stopped eating in eight, for a quick lunch, and after sitting we had to get up again to let out two gentlemen we had imprisoned. The waiter then came to warn us that, as the kitchen is a little small, if we wanted to be served quickly it was necessary that we order as much as possible the same things. The food was not bad, the acceptable price, but I would recommend it only if other choices are not possible

When we were on the run but hungry, on Saturday afternoon we stopped in this ritobar without many expectations, with the only hope of being able to eat something. They propose to make us a first even if on the weekend they were a bit snuggled because they work mainly in the week. The choice at the end was not very little, the dish was cooked espresso (including tomatoes) and especially ERA BUONISSIMO! Now... I understand that you can judge little with a dish of tomato paste, but it was well cooked, well seasoned, the fresh tomato, tasty....insomma....posso dire that it was the best tomato paste I've ever eaten! I mean it! If only that's why I'd give him an extra point. Also because the staff was really friendly and helpful and the place, which from outside does not promise much more than a bar, was really wanted and cozy. The problem is that for 2 tomato pasta dishes and a bottle of water we spent 15 euros....in the center of Florence in some restaurants you pay less....and I certainly did not expect to find this figure in a ristobar on the provincial in Vicopisano.... But it was good....so no story!
