Bidrage med feedbackI have eaten food in five continents. The restaurant in the Midland hotel of Vichy, France to be commended. My family all agreed that food and service for Father’s Day four course menu was surprisingly top notch. My son is a food critic and Epicurean. The local fish dish was fresh, delicious and the plate well dressed with colorful vegetables. The array of deserts offered tasted better than they looked. We all ate a different desert. The waiter’s wine selection was perfect. I usually don’t eat at hotel restaurants but, I recommend this place.
Ate here twice the more expensive menu is of the highest quality and from the food point of view is of Michelin star quality. There is nothing wrong with the service but there is not a waiter hovering over you to top up your wine. The daily changing menu is excellent value for money
For staying there since 2018, I think I can convince you to come to Midland during your next vichyssian visits. Don't forget the restaurant because Alexandre, Chef will not fail to surprise you and this at really reasonable prices for the quality of the kitchen and very qualitative services.
Hotel with a very good level of comfort with a possibility of closed parking very close and private (used to VICHY ! A friendly and attentive welcome and service. Very good table at the Restaurant Le Derby in the structure of the hotel; to highlight a wide variety of, inventive menus, with fresh products and made by a top chef. A very good quality price
A top reception and refined cuisine. Nothing to say except maybe I'll go back with pleasure!
