Bidrage med feedbackI've eaten on five continentals. the restaurant in midland hotel of vichy, frankreich to praise. my family all agreed that eating and service for vatertag four cursor menu was surprisingly top notch. my sohn is a food critic and epicurean....The local fish dish was fresh, delicious and the plate well dressed with colorful vegetables. the diversity of the deserts offered better taste than they looked. we all ate another gloomy. the wine selection of the waiter was perfect. I don't usually eat in hotel restaurants, but I recommend this place.
When I escaped from the hustle of a welcoming drink party, I was looking for a friend to escape. it was surprisingly difficult to get a table although several were free; but all went well and we soon sat with glasses of the local aperitf. that my companion managed to speak, but what I liked for my surprise. [as I prefer my bubbles unchallenged .. the menu of the day looked good, and so it turned out. fish, meat and sweet dessert dishes appeared in moderate but not excessive hats, order. all were right and pleasant. two cognacs have finished the pleasant eating that was very favorable. it was the quintessential French hotel dining experience and I regret that later during the conference I was not back for another meal.
The chef Know his job, service doing Well also. Clasical restaurant by bis atmosphère, lot off place between tables. A gold menu Well équilibrate by the chef de cuisine. Fish nicely cooked with fresh garnish. Vine list , also Well done. Good restaurant. Price on...the average for the qualité proposed. Thanks to the two owners.
My partner and I dined here last night. The French cuisine was superb, particularly for a hotel restaurant. One needn't be a guest, but they did require reservations. There is an a la carte menu, but there were also six separate prix fixe menus, including...a vegetarian option. We each chose separate four-course meals. His braised rabbit was absolutely delicious. I had a perfectly cooked cod with a light, flavorful breading atop. There was, of course, a great variety of cheeses offered for the cheese course, and truthfully, we'd have been better off if only one of us had chosen the four-course meal because the cheese sliced for each of us was enough to be shared by two. Most importantly, the service here was excellent with a friendly, efficient staff. We were very pleased.
