A true haven of peace. beautiful place, very warm welcome.

We went on Sunday evening, live music that was so loud we couldn’t talk. We had 13€ cocktails that were just horrible (worst eggnog ever). We also had some food fish was fine but it was served with cold potatoes. Not at all the experience of 5 star hotel.

Nous sommes passe prendre un thé cet après midi. Quelle déception pour un hôtel avec 5 étoiles... Des sièges pleins de miettes, poussière un peu de partout. Que dire du service : une serveuse en converse. Pas de.sucre avec le thé, pas de mignardises, pas de lait, tâche sur la théière, le thé encor dans le sachet... Service expéditif . Indigne d 'un établissement 5 étoiles. D 'autres établissements sur vichy sans les fameuses étoiles sont au dessus de ce bar . A éviter !

45 min so that a waitress will throw a look at our table, a spritz in a glass of wine for 13 euros, a meal with shrimp flies, 6 places at the bar to get order and settlement, a guest manager who explains that he cannot recruit staff because young people no longer want to work and that the state does not keep his sup' defis hours. a joke that wants to be a 5-star!
