Yumi Sushi Experience - VICENZA

The place is welcoming and warm, easy to reach by foot and get away from the town's center rush. Staff is gentle and opened to explain the different kind of servings and ready for suggestions. Food is excellent fresh fish and various types of uramaki. Quite a good deal, all-you-can eat buffet menu' offers a wide range of choice among nighiri, makirolls, temaku and also ramen.

Thoroughly disappointed with the service at this restaurant. We arrived 15 minutes before they opened on a rainy evening. They actually sent us out the door, rather than asking us to sit and wait. Strike Nr. one. The food was OK. I was suppose to order the Sushi all you can eat, because my wife ordered it. I did not want Sushi, but a ramen dish. I was originally told i HAVE to take the Sushi. At that point, i begin to collect my belongings to leave and the waiter said wait! He returned and said, OK as an exception to the rule. All during the meal, the waiters were carrying dishes to the Sushi preparation area (they weren't ready for dinner? I wont go back and would not recomend this restaurant to anyone.

Been 7 or 8 times over the past 6 months. The sushi is great but the service has gotten much worse. The last time we went there were several servers talking and laughing at the bar, we asked to order again and our waitress said to hold on and then went back to talk with the other servers. We waited another 20 minutes before someone returned. Overall big disappointment for 70€. Sadly that will be our last trip to Yumi.

Il mio sushi preferito di vicenza, tutto quello che si può mangiare a prezzi molto onesti, sushi molto buono. è possibile ordinare massimo 3 piatti alla volta dal momento che i piatti hanno grandi porzioni e riempire immediatamente. personale medio-amichevole, tempi leggermente lunghi per la consegna dei piatti (per questo non ho dato 5 stelle)

Buon giapponese che propone anche la formula tutto che si può mangiare. servizio rapido, personale cordiale e cibo di qualità. 4 stelle solo per i mobili che non mi piaceva. raccomandato.
