She served me an almond croissant that had clearly been on display for a while, hoping I wouldn't notice. This wasn’t ideal, so I suggest making sure that fresh items are always available.

The restaurant is bright and spacious, with plenty of parking available. However, the acoustics could be improved, as it often gets quite loud when it's busy.

Additionally, even with many customers waiting for their drinks, the staff chose to prioritize preparing drinks and food for their colleague first, neglecting the basic courtesy of serving customers in the order they arrived. Starbucks has built a global brand, and as a loyal customer who has invested a lot in their products, it's genuinely disheartening to see them losing customers because of unprofessional employee behavior like this.

I used to visit this place for a cappuccino and a sandwich, but I've found that the sandwiches frequently have a pre-packaged taste and are often overcooked. Because of this, I've decided to stop coming here and now I prefer to get my coffee and Egg McMuffin from McDonald's instead.

I ordered a drink in advance for my visit, but it wasn’t ready when I arrived. I understand that sometimes things can be delayed, but after waiting for 15 minutes, I chose to leave. Unfortunately, this isn't the first occurrence of this issue at this restaurant. If you have the time, it might be a better option to wait in line and order your drink at the counter.
