Osteria Piazza Grande - VIAREGGIO

Simple traditional food, well cooked and delicious. Visited several times. Loved the fried fish and the cherries with ice cream.

This is an amazing restaurant in Viareggio and I have always enjoyed coming to this place. I think I have been here about 5 times and I always had a great experience. They always have an inspirational menu with traditional seafood from Viareggio cooked and served with a twist. It is not pretentious though and is authentic with mostly locals eating inside. Be sure to reserve in advance as they often are full even a few days in advance, especially in the summer months. I always end up eating a fish or shellfish I have never heard of before, but it is always delicious!

Simply the best...better than all the rest..! : simple, no unnecessary fancy things just great food w good service. Tasty, delicious, fantastic! Group of 15 people, we all loved the food. Thumbs up for this one.

Locale un po' datato ma la qualità dei prodotti e l'attenzione alla materia prima mettono questo in secondo piano. Servizio e personale veramente impeccabile.Cucina a vista e questo fa acquistare al locale molti punti. Rapporto qualità e prezzo perfetto

Personale accogliente e cibo buono, prezzo nellaedia. Unico neo un po' di odore di cucina in sala.
