Pizza isn't bad, the appetizer fries are frozen. But for a groupon offer it is fine...... very squalid apartment, sin because the staff is very friendly.

We stayed with friends in this restaurant in Viareggio. The staff is very kind and helpful, so I'm sorry not to be able to make a good review, but perhaps it will serve as a stimulus for an improvement. The room is clean and devoid of any design, with the ceilings blackened by the smoke of the oven. As soon as we entered we felt a strange smell of chemist, perhaps coming from the oven. Good fried served as appetizer, including ascolana olives, onion rings, meatballs and chips. The pizza would be enough, but unfortunately we could not eat it all as it was black under, because of the dirty oven. Bravo the gentleman to the karaoke and good the system (perhaps the audio a little too high). Of sweet only a tiramisu served in plastic bowl.

Notable sandwiches, which more than sandwiches seem to be panuozzi. Prepare and bake at the moment, and discreetly stuffed, although the choice is not so much. You can say they were the only positive note of the evening. The fried (served as an appetizer) is very dozen, with potatoes (obviously frozen) fried little and bad, ascolan olives excessively breaded, pans and onions. Remarkable the goodness of fried onions, unlike the (pseudo)panelle that instead were really poor. To finish a fake tiramisu: only sponge bread richly soaked with coffee, alternating with layers of only cream (pastorized) mounted. No egg cream, of course, to avoid the risk of salmonella. The other presumed sweets of the house (including the semifreddo) were not available. The fact that the dinner was booked through Groupon (Menù panino/hamburger) made the evening passable... but the environment and service offered are truly among the worst ever seen. Cold, remote and polluted premises. Malodorant and non-functioning toilets (in the bathroom for men the tap did not work). p.s.: completely deserted place, our was the only busy table. a spider seen...

Informal and spacious premises opened just over a year so aesthetic improvements will arrive over time. Young staff. Pizza really top, great, soft but thin and fresh ingredients. The tiramisu, too. Honest prices. We'll be back! !
