Mcdonald's - Vestavia

Food was good, service was slow. had to wait 15 minutes for 2 sausages

The service is quite slow when it comes to taking our food orders, and at times, we leave simply because of the long wait. They really need to speed things up.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo potion without ice, so I ask for my Dr. Pepper without ice that she asks me to raise, and she would bring me another. She brought it out, it doesn't taste like Dr, so I tried the other drink she could take back was Pepsi. Then I tried my sandwich, it was cold. I knew better than going there, but that was the only place to get on my way a little fast.

If I couldn't leave stars, I would. Sa after the order just now for 10 minutes to come to the window to be welcomed? What's wrong? Then they didn't tell us they were out of cake until we sat there and waited a little longer after we got a bag. We asked for a receipt that they don't have them, nor do we give them out. No wonder I never go to McDonald?s always go to chick fil a but we were on our way and it's Sunday.

Biscuits were obviously old, tasted stale and were gummy. Caramel iced coffee was white, all milk, with barely any coffee. Mocha frappe was terrible too. The people were nice but generally the food here is bad.
