Fleming's Prime Steakhouse Wine

It was our anniversary and I wanted to celebrate a beautiful place. I recently learned that Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar was part of the Blooming Brands (Outback, Bone Fish and Carrabbas's Italian Grill. An upscale alternative to Outback and, in my opinion, better than Ruth Chris. With open table I have booked a reservation of 5:45 pm. Upon arrival we sat at a stand that was beautifully decorated with confetti and a card with a happy anniversary. Our server Greg quickly imagined and immediately accepted our drinks order and brought us bread and butter. We ordered the shrimp cocktail as our appetizers. The shrimps were jumbo and the cocktail sauce was freshly made. I recommend this appetizer. I switched on and ordered the Scottish salmon with soothed mushrooms and my wife stayed with her petty fillet and one side of Fleming's potatoes. It took a while until our order came up, but the manager came by twice to check us and said our entrées were coming. It wasn't waiting so long, but after the appetizer and bread it was better anyway. The salmon was delicious and my wife petite Filet was perfectly cooked and the Fleming potatoes were excellent. We ordered the chocolate lava cake and that was also excellent! It takes them a few minutes to get this dessert ready and if you have any allergies on nuts you want to leave the pistachios. We will definitely be back as the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The bar looks very welcoming and there are stands with panoramic views of the restaurant only perfect for the date night.

The service is always top notch. Celebrated spouse's birthday and he was very pleased. The staff went out of their way as if we were the only ones in the restaurant.

We went there for our 25th anniversary dinner the other night and we had a fantastic time! We ordered seafood tower for 2 which might as well would have been our dinner because it was plenty for both of us. But since this place is known for their great steak, we split 14oz ribeye also which was just awesome also we ordered mashed cauliflower which was equally delicious! They gave us complimentary champagne, chocolate truffles and their recipe cards. They also decorated our table with confetti and the waiting staff (several of them) as well as the manager came over and congratulated us. It really couldn?t have been a better dining experience. I see that some people had a bad experience there but I highly recommend this place!

Excellent!! cost high? Yes and worth every succulent bite! Steak was perfectly seasoned that it did no justice when used with steak sauce or wirchestire...ate it as is!! Vegetables were seasoned too, I 'm not too fond off Brussels sprouts, but after one taste, I was a groupie.!!I was always reluctant to try these upscale spots because of the lack of taste or seasoning to the food. Not here, I will be back routinely to try ALL their dish. Our server SARAH was down to earth, polite and a positive. AND to to off our night, CHARLES BARKLEY spoKe to me as I was coning in and we later spoke like everyday people! Upscale spot with a laid back overtone...dress code is from casual to semi casual...so dress to impress if you feel...this is upscale so your will GEt what you pay for...!! AND you will not have to worry about watered down cocktails here!!

Went here to celebrate my birthday and the experience was wonderful. Great atmosphere and service. And even greater company (my husband? Our server Brandon was superb. Just all around good time.
