Starbucks - Vestavia Hills

This was our first visit at this location. We had poor service because of the timing of receiving our order of both food and drinks. One item was completely forgotten, which I requested a refund.

This locations coffee always taste scorched. I got other locations and the coffee is good and taste really good but this specific location, coffee taste burnt or scorched every single time.

This is the second time I've come through in a week and they are out of the caramel apple spice drink, which is only seasonal.

By far the best location I've been to in a while. Service was smooth and fast and the inside seating area and bathrooms impeccably clean. The barista caught a misunderstanding between us in my order before I did (clarifying tea latte vs brewed tea) and all the staff seemed to be taking the time to connect on a person-to-person level instead of just moving the customers through the line. It gave a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for the hour or more I worked there without either becoming obnoxious/interfering on one hand or slowing the pace of service on the other.
