Rudest manager I 've ever seen. After waiting in line to order, the new cashier didn 't know how to ring up my order. She said it was her 2nd day there and no one had trained her. She was almost in tears, very apologetic, and kept trying to call the manager over, but he was too busy, apparently. I called him over. He was extremely rude to me. I feel sorry for the cashier, and wished her luck.

Saturday May 8, 2021 7:30 pm. I made a special trip to try the Angus Burger.I was disappointed in the poor quality of the burger and the fries were cold.I talked to the manager, who was working the window,Due to the lack of staff. I thanked her for working.Based on the quality of the food, I will not be returning to this Hardee’s location.

Even though it says they are open on google they are NOT. They have been temporarily closed for a long time. Do not be fooled by google’s mistake of saying they are opened. Please fix.

Food was fresh. Service was horrible, due to the fact that i ordered before 7 other people and every single one got their food and left before me. I ordered a sausage biscuit and cinnamon roll. The cashier proceeded to start taking orders again, ignoring that i was standing there. Another girl who was working, finally looked at me and was wondering why i was still standing there... And she got my order to me. Its not like i had a big, or special order. That needs to be worked on!!
