I visited this Starbucks to grab a coffee and a breakfast sandwich while hoping to sit down and get some work done. However, after observing one employee continuously making sandwiches and another focused on drinks, I noticed three staff members standing around chatting without providing any service for five minutes. Frustrated, I decided to leave and head to the Dunkin’ down the road instead. It's just coffee, so I shouldn’t have to wait when there's only one person ahead of me. At Dunkin’, despite a long line of cars outside, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
