I’ve eaten there twice. The staff and service are great! It’s a fun place to be. The pizza was okay. I tried ordering similar things cooked at different temps and it’s either under cooked or over cooked and like crispy cardboard. I wish the food quality was consistent between locations. This is the third location I’ve tried and my least favorite. Dewitt had amazingly yummy pizza! Henrietta’s was slightly undercooked. Vestal’s was undercooked and overcooked based on both experiences. Clueless... turnover rate for employees is insanity causing standards to be never consistent including how the customers are treated. Customer service is the number one priority and if you can show that skill..you are not going to have a good experience working there or even from a customer's POV.
