McDonald's - Versailles

On the plus side, the place is kept clean and neat. On the bottom, some of the employees don't seem so happy to be there. Food was just as expected, good value for money, tasted fine and served quickly. Many tables when we left. I'd go back if it and in a hurry.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. The menu and interior are standardized throughout the franchise. And I like hamburgers as much as anyone. No problem there. This McDonald’s however is just dirty with stains all over tables and seats and gross toilets. And in my experience a dirty...toilet equals a unhygienic kitchen… The management have work to do here !

Stopped in mainly to use the restrooms. Ordered Royal cheeseburgers and drinks from the screen. Wasn't too sure of the numbers they were calling out in French, but by watching them making up orders I went up at the right time!

Slow service and confusing system. Food partially left on tray with drinks going cold whilst an items being completed. When queried told waiting for double cheese burger. We changed order to get food. Half food only warm. Appeared very chaotic without decent system in operation....Needs some management attention soon to sort, worst McDonald's I have had in the many countries and locations visited.

Unforgivable for a brand representative. staff are incompetent and not disposed to help the client. tables, cold fries. obligatory command by a terminal system. and without the possibility of establishing a menu at your convenience with addition of elements. We spend more time on the terminal than eating. Finally to forget.
