Buffalo Grill - Versailles

Stopped off for lunch on the way back from Versaille. We both had burgers and they were tasty and well cooked. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Atmosphere was good and the restaurant seemed clean and well run. We had a pleasant lunch.

I would encourage management to set up a retraining programme for service colleagues. 1. Delivered plates for two group members fifteen minutes after the rest of the group, meaning that it was not possible to eat at the same time. 2. Delivered wrong sides to plates. 3. Drinks orders were forgotten throughout the meal and the server needed to be reminded about drinks orders several times. 4. An unclear pricing policy meant that the final bill was around €15 more than what was expected.

It's one of those places where you feel like you are with friends. Great atmosphere, good music and great food. We had their menus and was a great choice. They have many options of desserts, drinks, burgers and others. That bread is heaven!!!
