The food was immaculate! Everything was made perfectly! Was in town meeting up with family and needed some food that makes sense to us Caribbean people and trust me this was it. The food was great the service was pleasant and the environment is clean. I stopped here on my way home after the “Caribbean Restaurant” sign near the street caught my attention. I pulled into the parking lot and googled the restaurant to see the reviews. I was impressed by the 4.8 and decided to make my way inside to look at the menu. I walked in and was promptly greeted by a very pleasant staff member. I chose their Legim which is vegetarian and had them add turkey to it. I chose the diri kole, though I was allowed to sample the diri djon djon which was also great! I also purchased a beef pate. I was informed that there would be a 10-15 minute wait which I honestly took as a good sign. The pleasant atmosphere was comfortable and the time went by quickly. My food was fresh and delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the legume was also wonderful. The portion size was also great! I see why their rating is so high, and I’m so glad that I found a new Haitian restaurant to visit.
