Trattoria Dario - Vero Beach

We discovered this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised by our meal. Our server, Pablo, was fantastic! He recommended the grilled Caesar salad with white anchovies as my starter and it instantly became a favorite. Both dishes were delicious and we even enjoyed the leftovers for lunch the next day. The next time we're in the area, we will definitely return and request Pablo!

We loved everything we ordered at this restaurant (bruschetta, salmon crudo, beggars purse, crème brûlée, bomba.) The only thing to note is that the chocolate on the bomba was a bit too rich, but that is a minor detail. The restaurant was filled with regular customers, but the staff was just as welcoming to us. We were really impressed with the service and how efficiently the staff worked together. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!

We enjoyed a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner at a spacious Italian restaurant. The menu was full of enticing seafood dishes, and we couldn't resist trying the delicious limoncello cake for dessert. We also stopped by for drinks and a quick bite another night and had a fantastic time.

Our group of four had a great experience in t. dario. pricey, but it was worth it. the calamari was some of the best I had for years. we sat outside (a terrace, plastic, with heating) on a very cool vero evening and were comfortable enough. great service from personal.

Great food no doubt. A little loud when they get full.
