Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I love Rita's but then they moved into the mall. I have no idea why they made that decision. That was the start to the end because now it's really inconvenient.

The worker with the aggressive eyeliner and septum piercing was extremely rude. Did not say a word to us. When she finished my icecream she sat it on the counter and walked away and back to her chair and sat down. I’m surprised her eyes are still in her head after as many times as she rolled them. But my milkshakes good

Today the young man was Killin it. He handled a lot of customers calmly and efficiently!Custard is great

So I took my kids to Rita’s Ice Custard and Addison sat there on the stool on her phone instead of doing her job. Once she got up I’m assuming when she felt like giving us service she wasn’t very professional or welcoming. Also she’s not very informative about anything we ordered and u still had to tip smh I will not be taking my kids here again period

I’m not gonna lie I love Rita’s but not when they can’t get the hours right on google as well as the website. So apparently you close at 9 I made it about 5 minutes till doors locked I was extremely sad.
