Hurricane Grill Wings - Vero Beach

My last few visits were not spectacular but today was about perfect. That's why 4 and not 5 stars. The wings were cooked, a little well done, which is perfect. I usually ask for crispy. The boss sauce mixed with the trifecta dry rub is my favorite. It seems they have made a few changes and it is running smoother there now. There's always a good selection of beer here as well.

My first and last trip to this location. I should of read the reviews first. We ordered our food in a timely manner. And it came out in a timely manner. Not what we ordered. No utensils to eat with. When at last we got our server to stop we tried to get the order straight. They could bring utensils and tarter sauce. But the 4 tender platter that was ordered with garlic and parm coating was not going to be served that way it seems the waitress said that the cook that was on did not do it that way. (previously the other guest had gotten it that way) I asked who the cook was (Swavay she said) or how ever it is spelled. That way we could ask who was cooking next time and know not to order that. They didn't come out and tell us it could not be done and see if we wanted to change the order. Just threw some dried up burnt chicken down. Learn if you cannot give a customer what they want, walk back out there and ask if they would like something different. The whole dinner was a mess. By the time I got some utensils the fries were cold. Am not really sure they were hot to begin with. The one thing that was correct was the fish really was cooked good. Never came till the end to see if we wanted drink refills. The manager on duty did take ten percent off the bill for the chicken mishap. Still a lot to pay for burnt dried up food. I do not recommend this location. They are not organized and have no consistancy with what they can and can not do. It did amused me because I am use to good service and good food. So this was different for a change. So think twice before entering the doors.

Always yum. Clean restrooms, lots of parking, greeted upon entry. Immediate service.

Huge wings. Tasty salads and steak tacos. Tony is a rock star. Knows his college football and has an awesome personality. Love this place.

4 of us ate, one just got fries. For 60 bucks, this place is SUPER OVERRATED!! I got a buffallo chicken wrap, and it was just lack luster. My kid that just got garlic fries gave them to her brother. They didn't taste great to me either. Their boneless wings are the same as applebees but way more expensive. I don't mind paying if there is something special about them. But there wasn't. I just had high expectations I guess. Maybe their wings are worth it. I'm not sure.
