Service is hit and miss. We go here quite a bit. We have had awesome service, with lesser quality of food, and also the flip side of terrible service...
Tried the prime rib burger, not so great. .. really peppery... asked server about the spiciness, she had no clue if the burger was spicy or the bun....
Service was excellent and my food was good. Exactly what I was craving
I won't ever be ordering from bps again. I ordered spaghetti and they literally sent me dry noodles and garlic bread was just toast with a light...
Always friendly service, fast and I 'm celiac and I 've never gotten sick from them so it 's a safe place for me.
