Starbucks - Vernon

The espresso machine is always out of order here. It's not a trip worth taking.

I want to express my disappointment with the inaccurate hours listed for this restaurant. They claim to be open until 8 PM, yet I arrived at 3:30 PM on a Thursday, and they were already closed. It’s not a holiday, and I drove half an hour to get there. As a pregnant woman with specific cravings, this misinformation is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

Cassie, the manager at Acme Dieucks in Vernon, is an absolute delight. She's incredibly sweet and patient, and she makes the drinks just right. During our visit, my girlfriend was unsure of what to order, and Cassie could tell she was hesitant. She took the time to discuss her favorite flavors and even shared her favorite recipe with us. Cassie didn’t need to be humorous, but she added a fun touch that made our experience truly special. We visit this place every time because of the exceptional service and quality drinks. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!

Came here at 7pm espresso machine was broken so no hot or iced coffee. I figured that was just an excuse to close earlier since the barista was chilling with her friends waiting on her to finish up. I was right!!Everything was put away and the store was pretty much closed. I’m 100% sure the espresso machine was turned off by the employee and cleaned for closing at 7pm or earlier so they tell customers it’s broken. After reading reviews seems like the espresso machine is always broken lol. Management needs to do some investigating because I’m sure shes clocked in until posted hours too….
