I was really excited to try this restaurant because there are not many Jamaican places around. However, if you are used to making Jerk at home or enjoy a more complex Jerk sauce, you may find the Jamaican Kitchen to be just average. It is primarily a take-out place with plenty of tables and a variety of options. The service was fine, I simply ordered my food and sat down. I would recommend checking it out to try their Jerk sauce and satisfy a small craving, but don't expect too much in terms of flavor. The food is not very spicy, and at first, I thought I had ordered the wrong level of heat. My meal included plantains (which were not very ripe), Jerk wings, and Jerk pork.

The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and serves high-quality food. The environment is very welcoming. I usually order veggie patties and coco bread.

Super friendly, family owned business with amazing food. We love the beef patties, chicken patties and veggie patties. They have great customer service, recognized us visiting two days in a row and asked our name, refreshing to have a business be so focused on great customer service and quality, authentic food. So glad they are so close to our house!

I have previously ordered delicious food from this restaurant. I have tried the oxtail, rum cake, and beef patties. I wanted to try something new but I am sensitive to spicy food. I called to inquire about the spiciness of the jerk chicken and received a recommendation to order the jerk sauce on the side. I also received a recommendation to try the jerk chicken mac and cheese with the sauce on the side. After working all night without eating, I decided to order a beef patty, jerk chicken, and jerk chicken mac and cheese through Uber Eats. My lunch arrived quickly and hot. I ordered enough food to last me a week, so I only had a quarter of the mac and cheese. It was incredibly tasty, with just the right amount of spice for me, and very creamy. I was so impressed by the mac and cheese that I had to call the restaurant back to express my appreciation. The employee I spoke to was wonderful. I even joked that I may be a closet Jamaican because I enjoyed the food so much. Later on, I tried a bite of the jerk chicken and found it to be very flavorful and tender, with just the right amount of spice for me without the added sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant, as I have also tried the beef patties, oxtail, and rum cake, which were all delicious.
