Friday 15th October at 9pm...We wanted to take advantage of the Pub side.We were together. I specify that I was in the Barmaid trade and rank leader)The empty Pub room and the restaurant 3 or 4 tables. The waitress put a few minutes to welcome us without a smile) and placed us in the room, gave us the cards without a word. Waiting for more than 10 minutes without seeing people, we went out when she arrived for our order, I wanted to know an information about the map, she had to call a colleague who came to tell me that there was no longer the requested product... Instead of taking the order, the gentleman starts to leave before I tell him that we would order after 20 minutes sitting without anything... Cocktails come without olives, peanuts or others. The silence in it was resonating for a Friday night, yet there are speakers on the wall, jazz or mood music would have been welcome. In short, living in Vernon, it didn't make me want to go back. The reception is deplorable and the service too. I put 2 stars, because good cocktails, prepared with care. We would have stayed longer and consumed more if the welcome was on the rdv. We suddenly went to the competitor in front who at the arrival welcomed us as it should be. A advice, in restoration, smile and friendliness is paramount. Otherwise change your profession! Well, I think it's a good idea.
