Very nice place in terms of environment, nice place to eat outside too. Gourme pizza with gorgonzola, pears and walnuts very good and well made. The presentation of the trio of cold cuts is beautiful.
Beautiful restaurant pizzeria in a building of historical and architectural value. Attention to detail, aesthetic sense, refinement and elegance can be seen in every single element and environment. Design and style, very high quality of raw materials and impeccable presentation of dishes, excellent Salento cuisine revisited and proposed in a modern key, efficient and impeccable service, courteous and professional. Prices a little high, but you pay for the quality.
We got takeaway pizzas, so I can't judge the service. However, note the indifference of the lady at the entrance who came out of the restaurant talking on the phone, certainly not a work call, even though there were also other people waiting to order or pay. A note of honor instead for the pizza chef, a very young and super helpful boy who came to take the order and prepared the pizzas (very good) in 10 minutes, despite the obvious difficulty in managing the situation alone between kitchen and cash register.
Having spent a wonderful evening with friends we tasted very special cured meats and cheeses and the desserts deserve special attention...sublime. Definitely worth returning
