Pizzeria Alpi - Vermiglio

Unpretentious family-run place, but cosy, nice alpine decor and the food is great. The children enjoyed their pizza pasta and the pizza I had was very good indeed. Friendly conscientious staff as well. Good location just off the main road. Recommended!

This restaurant was reccomended to me by a tour company as one of the hest pizza in Passo Tonalle. The first time I went there it was 45 min before closing time for lunch and the manager refused to let me in saying that they were closed the restaurant was full of diners .He was most unpleasent. The next day I went , I ordered my pizza, after waiting almost half an hour I asked where my meal was only to recieve abuse from the staff, they shouted at me and were most rude. During my meal another group arrived and they were rudely turned away even though the place was half empty. The pizza was quite tasty but a bit cold as it had been ready a while before being seved. It was definately not the best pizza in Passo Tonalle. I would advise you to give the place a miss.

After eating hotel food for days we needed something different. Found Pizzeria Bar Alpi and it didn't disappoint. Delicious food and beer!! Friendly staff cosy atmosphere Definitely worth a visit.
