Estate Kalaitzis - Vergina

The architecture of the place is unique and you can see the passion and love in its construction in every corner. The view is magical and the location fantastic. But the human element does not win you over, it is impersonal, cold and perhaps hostile to choosing it again. It's a shame such a gem lacks warmth. My room was very clean and had lots of space to move about, my bed was very comfortable, I loved how not only my bedroom was designed, but the hole place was nicely arranged and decorated, you definitely felt like you were at home. The owners are very friendly, spoke English, and were very accommodating, I had a nicely prepared breakfast at sunrise with an amazing view of the surrounding valley and mountains overlooking their private small vineyard. The owner is an architect and the place is a work of art designed beautifully like an old-style mansion only with modern and super-clean utilities.
