Typical country trattoria is expected to eat unpretentious but at least quality dishes., unfortunately the dishes are to say little by discount, have served spaghetti to the discarded ragù and to the request of addition of sauce is followed a charge in account of 2€ ridiculous
Return to dinner in this trattoria after about a couple of years and we were completely disappointed. Discount cuts, very poor dish presentation, very low quality. Only the Ortrugo saved! That's too bad.
A small appetizer with dumpling and meats, little more than a bouche amuse, but good meats and gnocco very light and made well known. A bottle of fresh Emilian white stuffed by Bandini Castel Bolognese, good quality. First, I would pee and fasò with well cooked and well tasty borlots; ravioli butter and homemade sage perhaps before cooking but with nice filling. Seconds. Three slices of braised, tender, but with chilled polenta and sauce too liquid and steep. Ossobuco with polenta, tasty but cold, promptly heated on request, then appreciated. A cheese cake and a homemade strudel. Seventy euros, now become fair price, even if tablecloths and napkins in paper.
I was a couple of times and the second time was excellent by choosing from the à la carte menu. Excellent food quality and excellent invoice. Pappardelle with very good boar ragout. Braised and bone hole exalted. Too bad that we have not yet banned in Italy outdoor smoking in all places where you drink and eat. Adventers should also have a greater sensitivity so that they can taste food better.
