Bidrage med feedbackNow, here’s where things fell short: we arrived during peak hours, and we weren’t greeted or shown to a table immediately. After about five minutes, we finally got a table. Once seated, we waited for 10-15 minutes (it might have been longer, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt). I ended up going to ask one of the waitstaff if someone could assist us or at least bring us a menu. A member of the staff assured me she would be with us shortly, so I sat back down. Ten minutes later, my wife suggested I go to the bar for a drink. The bartender was very friendly and immediately helped us. I asked if he could send someone over with menus and take our order. Almost an hour later, Lawrence came to our table. He was very apologetic and provided excellent service—it was a refreshing change. After we placed our order, he even returned to let us know that the pizzas would take a bit longer, which was a good example of communication. Overall, thanks to Lawrence’s attentive service, I would recommend giving this restaurant a try, perhaps during the day when things might be less hectic, as it seems their staff struggles during busy times.
The waitress seemed disinterested in serving us, and it appeared that she wasn’t focused on her duties at all. While everyone else received their food, mine was completely forgotten. I had wanted to order a Rump Steak, but they informed me that it wasn’t available. I would like to extend my gratitude to the manager, who did his best to rectify a disappointing experience.
Then there was the issue with the food portion timings. By the time the last person in our group of nine received their meal, the other eight had already finished eating. While this might not be the worst thing, it was compounded by the fact that the first eight people were served their food in a staggered manner. Three people received their meals, but not everything they ordered. After a while, two more received their food, and so on. The seventh and eighth diners had the same experience. By the end of the two-hour wait, we had actually canceled most of our side orders because they never arrived. While we were told that there was a catastrophe in the kitchen, no manager ever came to explain, apologize, or offer any sort of discount or compensation. I was extremely disappointed, especially since we have been visiting Breeze for years, but it seems the experience gets worse each time.
The service was extremely slow even though there was only one other group at the restaurant. It took the waiter 40 minutes to bring us water and our other drinks arrived with our food after more than an hour. The waiter mixed up some of our orders and also brought us items that we did not order. The décor was cheap looking and did not go with the expensive prices on their menu. The food, however, was above average. Service 1/10 Environment 3/10 Food 6/10
Worst service. Unfriendly staff. Unpleasant smell inside. No service. Would not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever
