Le Trèfle - Verdun

It's been a little less than a year since I've come here last. Came with a few people to have a drink and once we had our drink, they kept asking if we wanted anything else several times over. Lots of pressure to order more! This bar feels like a evolved McKibbens being it's nicer. The food prices on the menu are expensive to the point that you'd just have your drink and go to an actual restaurant. 7.50 for a plate of fries...Wheelchair accessibility: Sit outside and a ramp to go inside.

Staff was friendly, the terrace is amazing in the summer and if you're into creme brûlée, you'll have the best one of your life here!!

Went there early on today for dinner with a good friend of mine Food was pretty good in General even tho as a picky eater I had to remove all the coleslaw from my burger . French Fries weren't bad but weren't exceptional either . Did love the name of the drink I took which was a Naked margarita. Our waiter was super sweet and did like to joke around with us which I really appreciated. The 3 stars over there is because I had to remove the coleslaw but also their chicken was a bit dry and overcooked and their menu was in my opinion for what we got at least a bit expensive.

Great spot, with a good choice of beers and plates. What I enjoy is that it's suitable for different situations: you can sit at the bar for a glass, get a table, or get the second floor for a 5@7 event. The only suggestion I would have is to diversify their scotch.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, but that's where the positives end. The service was slow, and no one came by to check on our satisfaction with our food and drinks. We encountered a particular issue: I ordered the summer salad, but the yogurt dressing had a tangy taste that one of my guests didn't enjoy. We sent it back, asking for a salad without dressing or just some oil and balsamic. The staff insisted there was nothing spicy in the dish, which missed the point entirely. They offered oil, salt, and pepper instead. However, when we received the new salad, it was the same as the first one because they didn’t remove the dressing. They just mixed in some new ingredients. This was very disappointing, indicating that they prioritize food cost over customer satisfaction. No one checked to see if the new salad was satisfactory either. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
