As a main course we chose the “Charolais filet filet accompanied by Touquet rats” The low temperature cooking of the meat was good. The meat itself was not up to par...we spent too long periods of chewing. The cooking of the Touquet rats was poor, it is a magnificent product which demands respect, unfortunately it was served to us reheated, it was unpleasant in the mouth (dry and floury). This dish is 28€ and is not worth it. Be careful when we come to you it is for the know-how in showcasing the products. This dish is a failure in our opinion. On the other hand, the service was at the top level of respect, advice, kindness and atmosphere which allowed us to swallow the pill. Good morning, I will also take the liberty of responding to your feedback since you have decided to include me by questioning my good manners. -You arrived at a late hour and were the last table (approximately 1:30 p.m. without reservation /full restaurant/ by deduction with 2 young children you have to be prepared for a wait...we cook fresh products We arrived shortly after 12:30 p.m. and not 1:30 p.m. as you claim. We had passed a few minutes before in an establishment close to yours which was full and it was 12:30 p.m. -You expressly requested that your table be taken care of and my colleague informed you that unfortunately there were tables before yours and that in fact it is “everyone’s turn” We had been waiting for about fifteen minutes since our arrival when we were just offered something to drink. We asked if it was only possible to take the drink order. -You have ordered direct dishes, the restaurant being full obviously it takes longer. An hour's wait for three dishes, you'll excuse me but that's a long wait. And if the restaurant was full, we had to tell us like the previous one. -You let your child make a pyramid with the glasses on the table I don't know where you get these comments from, knowing that what's more, I don't see what kind of pyramid he could have built with his glass of Coca Cola. -We heard your spouse yelling in our dining room at your children As we were leaving, I raised my voice at one of my children who didn't want to put on his coat. But I don't see the connection with your restaurant. -You did not stipulate the children's format in which case we would have invoiced it properly I clearly remember asking for the salmon for a child. On the other hand, you will forgive me if there was a particular wording to express for a child's dish. Knowing that I had also asked shortly before if there was a children's menu. Finally I am sorry but I think that the welcome was up to your good manners, we are not responsible for the boredom of your children or even for the fact that you are in a hurry. In the end I don't think I have any life lessons to receive from you after what you have written about me. Kind regards and with all my respect.
