Trattoria San Giovanni - VERCELLI

The restaurant is well kept and the Atmosphere is nice. The typical Piemontese cousine is served with delicious and typical precision taste and I reccomend panissa and salami e lardo, la bagna cauda is another typical local disch enjoy!

At these prices (2x€15 for standard menus of the day Pasta+second course, plus €12 for an extra antipasta) one had to expect some drawbacks . They were very crowded and so the wait for them to take our order was long but afterwards, the service was fast. The meat seconds were good quality. The pasta was acceptable, not great. The antipasta was supposed to be hot but wasn't. The Waitress was great. Fast and witty. Perfect place for a wholesome inexpensive meal.

Ottimo ambiente ma accoglienza familiare, personale molto gentile, buona cucina casalinga con piatti tradizionali e abbondanti. Eravamo davvero bravi!
