The staff is inexperienced, with that style very similar to a famous fast food chain, far light ani from what would serve in an Italian ice cream shop. Not crafted. I'm sure you can work to return to the quality of the past.

Ice cream is discreet, it is already the fourth time that we find it already closed with half an hour/ forty minutes in advance. I'm not coming back.

I've been praying that I've known Grom since he opened in Turin and I've always found myself well. Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about last night's experience in Vercelli: 2,50 Euro for an ice-cream cone that I had to ingurgitate because it melted and ranva everywhere. I can't say if the ice cream was at the right temperature or not, but surely whoever prepared the cone put us his own: unable to eat the ice cream and to put it well in the cone. I don't think I'll be back.

I was there ten years ago and tasted their famous Caramello Salata taste. A few days ago I was there again and the club didn't change at all. Friendly, smiling staff. Air-conditioned room is close to a square where you can enjoy fresh ice cream on these hot days. Excellent ice cream and tastes really introvabile in other ice cream shops.
